The
Bureau of Public Enterprises (BPE), under the
general guidance of the National council on
Privatisation NCP is Fundermental in the
reshaping of the new Nigeria, overseeing
privatisation programes and offering advice on
enterprises capital restructuring needs and
thier suitability for privatisation.
The BPE
is here to assist enterprises in thier reception
by the stock exchange, in the carrying out of
activities required for the succesful issue of
thier shares and the determination of a fair
price for each public issue.
